Chef Glenn LeBlanc has over 30 years of experience as a working chef. He grew up down the bayou in Louisiana, where cooking and eating is a part of the culture. He later graduated from culinary school in Portland, Oregon, and has extensive experience cultivating tasty dishes for resort, catering and high-end clients around the U.S. His inspiration for asian cuisine was cultivated in the resort industry on Maui.

He is now a resident of Trinidad and ready to offer delicious, healthy eats as the Owner/Operator of Boom Noodles located at the Food Court in the Marketplace.
